To work with us you do not require to have office and personnel (although if you do it will help you in attracting more clients) and the IB can be a person. However if you wish to dedicate a company to your Forex brokerage business in order to make legal matters easier for yourself we recommend a marketing company that will have an agreement with us. All received funds will have the receipt issued by us and will help you not to have any possible legal issues. We provide you with a healthy brokerage and superior service plus half of our income and the only matter that you have to solve s transfer of small amounts of money. For this purpose our IB is requested to deposit a small amount of 10,000 $ with us (for which you will have an official receipt and a free account with us) and this is to cover small money transactions (such as 500 or 1000 Dollars) that clients will request to deposit and receive. Physically transferring such small amounts not only takes time (and many clients want things to be done immediately) but also the transfer fees are quite large compared with the fund itself and makes it not practical. Between Persepolis Capital Management and our IB as soon as your 10 K fund is 5 K more or less we do a 5 K transfer and this way we save time and money.
